How it works: Loop integrates with Luno via a read-only API key. Your ZARU balance held in Luno will appear live on your Loop dashboard. Loop never has custody of your funds — Luno remains your custody partner. In future, Valr, Hata, and Coinbase will also be supported.

Luno API Key Generate a read-only API key in your Luno account under Security → API Keys. Loop only requires read permissions — no trading or withdrawal access is needed.

ZARU Wallet Address This must match a trusted address registered with Loop. Contact your Loop relationship manager if you need to add a new address.

Your unique deposit reference. Include this in every EFT to Loop.

Your BX Reference is permanent and cannot be changed. If you EFT to Loop without including BX-0042 as the payment description, your deposit cannot be matched and your mint will be delayed by up to 1 business day.
